You are purchasing a pattern, not the finished product. If you are ordering a pdf pattern, it will download automatically after your payment has been approved; nothing will be shipped to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the patterns you purchase, which can be found for free here. If you have any difficulty downloading a pattern, please contact us at

Pdf patterns do not attract a shipping charge. Your patterns will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase, and often sooner depending upon your time zone!
